General Information
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We can ship to most counties. You will need to email info@harrisdecals.com to receive a quote. You will need to include the products you are thinking about purchasing along with your shipping address.
How long does it take to get my mat?
We ship your mat out within 2-3 business days. We are centrally located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Do you accept paypal payments?
Yes. Payments are accepted with our Harris Decals Paypal Account.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All credit cards are processed by Harris Decals, Inc. Play Matz™ is a product of Harris Decals, Inc.
Do you make completely custom mats?
Yes. We can make a mat to your specs. All custom mats are priced on an individual basis. Please email us at info@harrisdecals.com.
Can I return a play matz?
If your play matz is NOT personalized you may return it up to 30 days from the time it is purchased. Customer is responsible for shipping the play matz back and will not be refunded the original shipping cost. All personalized matz can not be returned.
Mat Information
How durable are your mats?
Our mats are made out of a vinyl material that can withstand most of the abuse your child will give it. It is weather proof so if your child leaves his/her mat in the rain or snow it is safe. Dry it off and it is back to new. Our mats will not tear apart.
Can you scratch off the print?
No. All of our mats are laminated with a protective layer so that your child can not damage the image.
Can you roll the mats up?
Yes, as long as it is not one of our tables. Our mats can be rolled up and taken with you where ever you go. Unroll the mat, pull out his/her vehicles and start playing.
Do personalized mats take longer?
No.
