Step 1: Remove Visor
Carefully remove your visor (shield) from your helmet. Make sure to remove any other items that will make installation easier.

Step 2: Preparing Surface
Surface Information: Surface temperature range for application: 60 degrees F and above.
Surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, and wax. Use mixture of soapy water to clean your helmet.
Notes: Newly painted surfaces must be aged at least 36 hours. Pressure sensitive graphics will not adhere to porous surfaces, make sure your helmet is smooth. Painted surfaces must be oil based paint (latex paints may cause adhesion problems).

Step 3: Apply Decals
Using your decal sheet remove the decal labeled #1 from the sheet. Note that the numbers in black go on the left side and the numbers in orange go on the right side. Using a print out of the helmet set you ordered, apply decal #1 in the proper place. To apply, use your fingers and press from the center of the decal out to the edge. Once installed move to the decal labeled #2 and so on until you are finished. Our decal sets are made to overhang the edges of your helmet.

Step 4: Trim Decals
Using an X-acto knife trim all areas that overhang your helmet. Make sure to press each decal again before cutting.

Step 5: Install Visor/Parts
After all decals are applied and trimmed, attach all the pieces you removed before you started the installation.
